Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Kenya. Nairobi and major towns are typically served by our own riders or courier partners; other counties are served through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Charges & Timelines

Delivery charges depend on your location and the size of your order, and are confirmed before you pay — never added as a surprise after checkout. As a general guide:

• Nairobi & environs: usually 1–2 business days
• Major towns: usually 2–3 business days
• Other counties & remote areas: usually 3–5 business days

Large items such as hospital beds may require a longer lead time and a scheduled delivery slot — we'll confirm this with you directly. Dispatch time (when we hand the order to a rider or courier) is separate from estimated arrival time; we'll keep you informed of both.

On Arrival

Please inspect your order on arrival before signing for it. If anything looks damaged or incorrect, let the rider know and contact us straight away on WhatsApp so we can resolve it quickly.

Out-of-Stock & Special Orders

If an item shows as “Available on Request” or goes out of stock after you enquire, we'll let you know the expected availability date and keep you updated — no payment is taken until we can confirm the order.

For urgent orders or deliveries, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to prioritise and advise on the fastest available option for your area.
